Pure Movement Studio
Pure Movement Studio is located in in Northern California in Santa Rosa (Sonoma County). Since its opening in 2005, Debra has trained clients with a variety of needs, ranging from the elite athletes to individuals with highly complex medical and orthopedic issues. Besides her studio practice she has taught and trained numerous individuals in certifying as a Pilates Instructor. She is one of the original co-founders of the ITT, Pilates Integrated Teacher Training, a highly recognized training known for its success in graduating Pilates trainers with exceptional skills.
Pure Movement Studio offers exceptional one on one sessions for a duration of one hour. Options include sessions in Pilates, Gyrotonic, Yoga based movements, Integrative Manual Therapy and corrective bodywork. Each session is either focused on movement, bodywork or a combination of multiple modalities. The initial session includes an extensive intake process looking at your health history, posture, muscle balance and discussion regarding your goals. Depending on whether you are recovering from an injury or health related illness, are looking for movement re-education, enhancing fitness performance, want to educate and improve the function of your body, we will suggest the optimal modalities to achieve your goals.
